Smrithi is a wholesome, talented woman who demonstrates deep curiosity in all things she was involved in. She enjoys understanding the big picture of projects beyond just their Content scope; she was constantly looking for ways to spruce up the Headout website from a design point of view. She also exhibits a deep sense of empathy coupled with commitment, which in my opinion, is a core leadership trait.
